When you clean your garden too early, does it mean you’re destroying the homes of your pollinators for next year? Some pollinators– bees and butterflies – overwinter in the dead leaves and hollowed stems. When you remove their habitat, they may not survive to the next season. Of course, this depends on the type of habitats and pollinators.
